A Pilibhit-founded farmer is Vijay Mallya’s guarantor?
Manmohan Singh, a farmer in Pilibhit is afflicted at the moment as his two accounts with the regional branch of the financial institution of Baroda has been frozen via the Mumbai place of work of the nationalised financial institution.

“I don’t fully grasp how this happened. I have no idea something about Mallya and have in no way visited Mumbai in my life. For the reason that the bank iced over my bills, I cannot avail any govt-subsidized scheme. I was forced to sell my entire wheat crop to personal traders at very low costs. I could not get MSP since cost for that’s directly made to the financial institution account, which in my case is frozen,” Singh said, speaking to The times of India
Singh has been allegedly disadvantaged of banking services and all government-subsidized schemes. Even all the different banks within the subject are not able to open one other account for him.
Singh stated that he has written to the Mumbai department of the bank of Baroda clarifying his function, but has not heard from them or bought any alleviation up to now.
